Job Title: Office Manager Location: Towcester, Northamptonshire Job Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Hybrid – 1 day WFH Salary: £35,000 per annum About the Role: We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a forward-thinking and innovative organisation, for an experienced Office Manager to join their team in a modern office setting with excellent amenities. Key Responsibilities: Facilities Management, this will encompass health and safety and compliance. Visitor Management ensuring front of house and visitors are met in a professional manner, preparation for meetings etc. Administrative Support must be high-level including budget management and accurate recording keeping. Requirements: * Proven experience in an Office Manager, Facilities Manager, or similar administrative role * Excellent organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills * Strong communication and interpersonal abilities * Competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) * Solid understanding of UK health and safety regulations About Us: Wills Consultants is an independent recruitment consultancy specialising in engineering, finance and office professionals.
