Are you a caring and dedicated One-to-One Support Assistant looking for a rewarding role supporting children with additional learning and behavioural needs?

Do you have experience working closely with pupils who require 1:1 support?

Are you passionate about helping children with ASD, ADHD, and complex needs reach their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment?

The Role – One-to-One Support Assistant

As a One-to-One Support Assistant, you will provide tailored 1:1 support to a pupil in Reception with additional learning or behavioural needs.

You will work alongside class teachers and the SEN team to implement personalised strategies, help pupils access the curriculum, and support social, emotional, and academic development.

The child can be really challenging and we would require the candidate to be resilient. The successful person will be working from 8:30am - 4pm.
