We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Onsite Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Glasgow. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where you'll be at the heart of our onsite operations, supporting both candidates and clients.
⭐ The Role
As an Onsite Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of a 24-hour operation. You'll be responsible for workforce planning, candidate management, and delivering exceptional service to our client and workforce.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Scheduling workers across a 24/7 operation
Managing and updating rotas in real time
Recruiting, screening, and onboarding new candidates
Acting as the main point of contact for onsite workers
Building strong relationships with the client and maintaining service levels
Resolving queries, managing attendance, and ensuring shift coverage
Supporting operational delivery and adapting to changing workforce demands👤 What We're Looking For
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Experience in recruitment, coordination, or workforce planning (preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, reactive environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Flexible approach to working patterns, including evenings and weekends
