Based in locations globally - this role can sit in either Jersey , Guernsey or London. The bank is hiring an Operational Risk AVP.
Description
The Operational Risk AVP will:
Develop and implement operational risk frameworks to enhance risk management processes.
Monitor and report on operational risk exposures to ensure compliance with internal policies.
Collaborate with various teams to identify and mitigate risks across the organisation.
Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
Support the development of risk-related training programmes for employees.
Prepare detailed reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
Ensure adherence to industry regulations and best practices in operational risk management.
Assist in the investigation and resolution of operational risk incidents.Profile
A successful Operational Risk AVP should have:
Experience in operational risk management within the financial services industry.
A strong understanding of banking and financial services operations.
