Do you have previous experience providing day to day office support across all departments?
Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Location: Haverhill, Suffolk
Salary: up to £34,000p.a.
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30AM - 05:00PM
Contract Type: Full Time, permanent
An opportunity has arisen for a full time Operations Coordinator for our client located in Haverhill, Suffolk.
As Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for:
* Inputting purchase order information accurately
* Chasing suppliers for outstanding deliveries
* Placing and monitoring orders for hire equipment
* Maintaining the Haverhill office noticeboard
* Welcoming visitors
* Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
* Keeping the Haverhill office tidy, organised and presentable
* Coordinate annual servicing and statutory checks
* Booking hotels and accommodation, arranging hire cars, flights and other business travel
* Supporting supplier audits
* Opening new supplier accounts
* Arranging couriers
* Booking training courses
* Order PPE and general workwear.
An ideal candidate for the Operations Coordinator will have:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* IT literacy.
