💰 £55,000 – £59,000 + Company Car + Benefits
🕒 Full Time | Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 16:00 | 39 hours per week
About the Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced PFI Contract Manager to join a leading facilities management business, overseeing three key sites across the Bristol and North Somerset region — Bristol Magistrates Court, North Somerset Courthouse, and Queensway House.
You’ll take ownership of day-to-day contract delivery, leading a team of up to 20 staff across multiple sites, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and a strong client relationship. This is a hands-on management position requiring a proactive leader with a solid background in PFI contract management and a strong technical or FM grounding.
Experience & Qualifications
*
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in PFI contract management (essential).
*
Technical or FM qualification (e.g. IWFM, NEBOSH, or equivalent).
*
Proven track record in people management and customer relationship management.
*
Strong operational, budgeting, and compliance experience.
*
Ability to work across multiple sites with occasional flexibility to work from home.

Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 + Company Car

Holidays: 24 days + bank holidays (with the option to buy more)

Pension: Minimum 5% contribution, matched up to 6%
