This London based public sector organisation is currently looking for a Organisational Change Advisor to support the organisation through change driven by financial challenges. The role will require a high degree of Employee Relations (ER).

Description
The Organisational Change Advisor's duties will include:
* Lead or support the delivery of change strategies, plans, and interventions to enable organisational transformation.
* Partner with senior leaders, HR, communications, and programme teams as relevant to ensure a consistent and inclusive approach to change.
* Undertake impact assessments and readiness reviews to identify and mitigate change-related risks.
* Draft full consultation proposals, supporting documents including change protocols aligned to the target operating model workstreams, and their impact on roles, structures, and working practices
* Design and implement change communication and consultation strategies and plans with individuals and trade unions, tailoring to different audience groups to ensure clarity of message and an empathetic approach
Profile
The successful Organisational Change Advisor will have:
Proven track record in organisational change and redundancy processes.
Strong employee relations knowledge, including legal frameworks.
Experience supporting formal consultations and liaising with unions.
Ability to diagnose change impacts and advise on appropriate actions.
Comfortable working in small organisations with hands-on involvement.
Job Offer
An hourly rate of £25 - £33 per hour depending on experience.
You will need to be immediately available/able to start at short notice to be able to apply for this position
