We’re now looking to recruit an experienced and dedicated Out of Hours Advisor for our service in Stockport (SK1) on a temporary to permanent basis. You will be on a 3-month probation period, after which you will move across to a permanent position.
📝 Role Overview:
As an Out of Hours Advisor, you will:

Receive and log calls, offering advice and reassurance to service users
*
Liaise with on-call services and escalate serious concerns as needed
*
Maintain excellent standards of customer care
*
Fulfil your duty of care and accountability at all times
*
Perform other reasonable duties during your shift
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
*
Experience or knowledge in mental health, learning disabilities, or elderly care
*
Proof of right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
*
Two references (including one from your most recent employer)
*
Enhanced DBS on the update service (desirable)
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
*
Relevant professional qualification (desirable)
🕒 Shift & Pay Details:
*
36 hours per week – 3 x 12-hour waking night shifts (8 PM – 8 AM)
*
£16.00 per hour (during the 3-month probation period)
