Forest School Leader - Inspiring Outdoor Learning in Greenwich
Location: Greenwich, London
Contract: Part Time or Full Time (Flexible)
Start Date: January 2026

Do you believe that outdoor learning can inspire and develop children toi the best of their capabilities?
Tradewind is currently looking for a dedicated and Qualified Forest School Leader to join a Primary School in Greenwich from January 2026 to deliver Forest School lessons from EYFS through to Year 4.
The Role
As a Forest School Leader, you will plan and deliver engaging outdoor lessons that connect children with nature alongside areas of The National Curriculum. You will encourage exploration, teamwork and problem solving through nature led activities and experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and Lead regular Forest School sessions for children aged 4 - 9 years old
- Promote outdoor learning and environmental awareness across the school
- Ensure the safety, inclusion and engagement of all learners
- Work collaboratively with Teaching and Support Staff
Requirements
- Level 3 Forest School Leader Qualification
- Experience working with children in an outdoor setting
- A passion for nature and child-led learning
