Job Description
We are looking for a Packing Operative for an immediate start!
About the Packing Operative Role:
* Working hours are Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm
* Pay rate is £12.60 per, rising to £12.80ph after 12 weeks
* Temporary ongoing role with potential for permanent contract
* Based in Dorcan (SN3). Public transport available
* Immediate start
Duties for the Packing Operative role:
* Standing at a packing station you will be packing batteries i.e. car, motorbike into boxes & labelling ready for dispatch. Please be aware that the products can weigh up to 20kg.
* Building flatpack boxes up.
* Printing invoices / labels off
Requirements / Experience required for Packing Operative role:
* Previous experience working in a warehouse operative is essential
* Must be comfortable lifting products of various weights (up to 20kgs)
* It would be advantageous if you have a Reach Forklift Truck licence but if not a willingness to learn is essential.
