Job Title: Paint Prepper
Location: Portsmouth (Voyager Park site)
Salary: £30,000 - £334,000 + 20% Shift Premium
Shifts: Double Day Shift (Earlies and Lates 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00)
We are seeking an experienced Paint Prepper and Polisher to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a double day shift, preparing vehicle bodies to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing vehicle bodywork for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
Ensuring surfaces are clean and smooth for a flawless finish.
Working efficiently to meet production targets without compromising quality.
Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
Requirements:
Proven experience in vehicle body prepping.
Strong attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
Willingness to work a rotating double day shift:
