Job Description

kolt recruitment are looking for a Painter to join an independent accident repair centre based in Finchley. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, well-established bodyshop with strong workflow, modern equipment and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  * Preparing vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking and priming

  * Mixing and matching paint colours to manufacturer specifications

  * Carrying out panel painting, full resprays and refinishing work

  * Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of quality and safety

  * Working efficiently to meet bodyshop deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

Requirements

  * Previous experience as a Vehicle Painter within a bodyshop or accident repair centre

  * Strong knowledge of paint systems, prepping and refinishing processes

  * Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  * High standard of workmanship and pride in delivering quality results

  * ATA/IMI qualifications are beneficial but not essential
