kolt recruitment are looking for a Paint Sprayer to join a leading accident repair centre in East Grinstead. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established bodyshop offering stability, quality working conditions and an excellent salary package
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, prime and paint vehicle panels to a high standard
* Colour match, mix paints and ensure accurate finishing
* Work alongside prep technicians and panel beaters to maintain workflow
* Ensure all work meets manufacturer and insurance standards
* Maintain a clean, safe working environment and follow all H&S procedures
Requirements
* Experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer with proven bodyshop background
* Ability to work independently and produce high-quality finishes
* Strong knowledge of modern paint systems and repair processes
* ATA or NVQ qualifications beneficial but not essential
* Reliable, motivated and able to work to set deadlines
