Our client, a reputable bodyshop in Cranleigh, Surrey, is actively looking to recruit a skilled Paint Sprayer to join their expanding team. Benefits:
Competitive basic salary of up to £44,000 per annum, with overtime opportunities
Full-time, permanent position providing stability and future career progression
45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on a rota basis
Modern workshop environment with ongoing refurbishments
Opportunity to work on insurance, private, and fleet vehicles, offering varied workload
20 days holiday plus bank holidays

Prepare and spray a variety of vehicles to high standards efficiently
Ensure quality finishes and meticulous attention to detail in all work
Manage workflow to meet deadlines effectively
Maintain workshop equipment and ensure cleanliness standards are upheld
Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and accuratelyRequirements:
Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within a busy automotive workshop
Ability to work with precision and attention to detail
Sound knowledge of vehicle paints and refinishing techniques
Good organisational skills along with the ability to work independently
