Job Description

TradeField are currently working with a vehicle repair centre that is recruiting for an experienced sprayer. The job is to start immediately and will continue well into 2026.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  * Painting and Spraying: Prepare surfaces and apply paint or coatings using various techniques and tools to achieve high-quality finishes.

  * Surface Preparation: Carry out sanding, masking, and cleaning to ensure surfaces are ready for painting.

  * Equipment Maintenance: Maintain, clean, and ensure proper functioning of all painting and spraying equipment.

  * Quality Control: Inspect finished work to ensure it meets company and client standards.

  * Flexibility: Adapt to changing priorities and tasks, including overtime or adjusted hours when required to meet project deadlines.

  * Proactive Work Ethic: Identify and address issues or inefficiencies, ensuring continuous improvement in processes.

  * Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.

  * Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and workplace cleanliness.
