Job Description

Job Title: Paint Technician (Night Shift)
Location: Lakeside
Salary: £24 per hour + Uncapped Bonus

Shift Pattern: Monday – Thursday, 18:00 – 05:00

The Role

As a Paint Technician, you will:

  * Carry out high-quality paint repairs to a variety of vehicles

  * Prepare, prime, and finish vehicles to a high standard

  * Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to manufacturer standards

  * Take full ownership of your work, including signing off completed jobs

  * Contribute to maintaining a high-performing workshop environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

  * Have proven experience as a Paint Technician / Paint Sprayer

  * Hold ATA accreditation or equivalent (essential)

  * Be confident working independently and signing off your own work

  * Take pride in delivering high-quality finishes

  * Have strong attention to detail and a professional approach
