Job Description
Join a respected and well established contractor on a temporary contract, working on tenanted social housing properties across Birmingham. As a Painter and Decorator, you'll enjoy a long term, self-employed role with a company van and fuel card, as well as ongoing work opportunities.
You'll be working for a prominent organisation in the social housing sector, known for its dedication to high standards and long-term contracts. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team where you'll be valued for your expertise and contribution.
I'd love to see applications from anyone who has worked as a Painter and Decorator, or in similar painting and decorating roles within social housing or maintenance.
As a Painter and Decorator, you will be:
• Carrying out painting and decorating work on tenanted social housing properties
• Preparing surfaces, including patching and sanding
• Painting and finishing various surfaces to a high standard
• Addressing any issues related to damp and mould within properties
I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
Previous experience in social housing
Experience working with damp and mould
A full UK driving licence and the ability to commute reliably
The role is offering the following benefits:
