Pallet Network Coordinator

£30-35,000 plus bonus and benefits

Monday to Friday

Bristol (BS11)

Great opportunity to support a logistics operations team to oversee their network operations, ensuring that relationships, performance and improvements is lead across the network.

Responsibilities:

  * Manage day-to-day pallet network operations across the Southwest.

  * Coordinate freight movements with partner depots, ensuring all deliveries and collections meet service standards.

  * Oversee load management, ensuring adherence to delivery schedules and KPIs.

  * Monitor operational performance through KPIs and implement improvements to maintain service excellence.

  * Maintain strong relationships with customers and network partners, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

  * Ensure all compliance, documentation, and reporting requirements are met.

Requirements:

  * Previous experience in a similar Pallet Network environment

  * Experience in customer management

  * Excellent communication skills
