Are you an experienced Panel Beater seeking a stable and rewarding opportunity in the Croydon area? Our esteemed client, a family-run crash repair centre, is looking to recruit a highly skilled Panel Beater to join their professional and friendly team. This role offers excellent prospects for long-term employment within a well-equipped, modern workshop.
Benefits:
Competitive salary up to £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Monday to Friday working hours, 7:00am to 4:00pm

Friendly team environment with a positive working atmosphereDuties of a Panel Beater:
Carry out comprehensive panel repairs on a wide range of vehicles, from minor dents to major structural alignments
Work with materials including steel, aluminium, and composites
Straightening, welding, filling, and realigning damaged panels to manufacturer standards
Ensure all repairs meet industry safety and quality standards
Collaborate with colleagues in paint and Mechanical, Electrical, and Trim (MET) departments to maintain workflow
Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all timesRequirements of a Panel Beater:
Proven experience as a Panel Beater or Bodyshop Technician
ATA accreditation is advantageous but not essential
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and able to commute easily to the Croydon area
