Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our clients team within the Housing Disrepair department.
The successful candidate will assist with case preparation, legal research, and document organisation, ensuring the smooth operation of our legal processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their legal career within a professional environment.

Responsibilities
* Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support cases
* Prepare and organise legal documents, files, and correspondence
* Assist lawyers in drafting contracts, pleadings, and other legal paperwork
* Manage case deadlines and schedules to ensure timely submissions
* Liaise with clients, witnesses, and external agencies as required
* Maintain accurate records of case progress and documentation
* Support the team with administrative tasks using Microsoft Office applications
Skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Good time management skills to meet tight deadlines
* Fluency in English with clear articulation of ideas and information
