Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal/Team Assistant based in Cambridge for one of our clients on a FULL TIME PERMANENT basis.
Summary of the Paralegal/Team Assistant role
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000
Location: Cambridge
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-5.30pm
Responsibilities of the Paralegal/Team Assistant
Providing support to the team with client work
Proactively manage your own caseload
Meeting and greeting clients and handling telephone calls
Dealing with new enquiries, financial managements and administration aspects of client matters
Diary and inbox management
Managing electronic documents
Requirements for a successful Paralegal/Team Assistant
Previous Paralegal experience
A good understanding of the Solicitors Accounts rules
Advanced IT skills
Attention to deal and excellent communication skills
Calm under pressure
