Payroll Administrator

💰 £35,000 per annum

🏢 Office-based during probation | 1 day WFH after probation
📋 Key Responsibilities
* Support the accurate and timely processing of payroll for approximately 1,500 employees.
* Process payroll changes including starters, leavers, salary changes, statutory payments, and deductions.
* Assist with payroll checks, reconciliations, and payroll administration.
* Act as a first point of contact for payroll-related queries.
* Support payroll compliance, pensions, and HMRC administration.
* Maintain accurate payroll records and system data.
* Assist with the administration of tronc schemes and related queries.
* Work closely with Finance, HR, and operational teams to support payroll delivery.
* Contribute to process improvements and payroll efficiency initiatives.
🎯 About You
* Minimum 2 years' payroll experience.
* Experience within hospitality payroll would be advantageous.
* Knowledge of tronc administration would be highly desirable.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
* Comfortable handling confidential information.
* Positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach.
