Payroll Senior Technician
💷 Salary: Up to £33,000

🔑 Key Responsibilities
✅ Deliver accurate, timely payrolls across weekly, fortnightly, and monthly cycles
✅ Review payroll outputs and ensure compliance with PAYE, NI, RTI, and pensions auto-enrolment
✅ Act as a key escalation point for the team, ensuring smooth operations and high service standards
✅ Liaise with contractors, clients, and HMRC, resolving payroll queries efficiently
✅ Support process improvement and best practice initiatives
🙌 Ideal Candidate Profile
🌟 Previous experience in a client, bureau, umbrella, or recruitment payroll environment
🌟 Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes
🌟 Excellent communication and people management skills
🌟 Ambitious, proactive, and ready to take the next step into leadership
🌟 Ideally working towards or CIPP qualified
