People & Culture Officer - Fixed Term Contract (until April 2026)

📍 Location: Hybrid (London-based)
 💰 Salary: Circa £35,000

Are you an HR professional who loves working with data, systems, and people? One of our long standing trusted clients are looking for a People & Culture Officer to join them on on a fixed-term contract until April 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact across HR operations, recruitment, compliance and employee engagement. If you're confident with HR systems, highly skilled in Excel, and have a data-driven mindset, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

Maintain accurate HR data and optimise HR systems (PeopleHR and TeamTailor experience is a plus).
Lead on boarding and induction processes for new starters.
Oversee compliance checks, including right-to-work verification.
Support recruitment campaigns and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Coordinate training initiatives and assist with performance and pay reviews.
Drive culture projects and internal communications to embed organisational values.

What Our Client is Looking For

Previous HR experience with strong administrative and organisational skills.
Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data.
Experience with HR systems (PeopleHR and TeamTailor desirable).
Knowledge of GDPR and handling confidential information.
A proactive, collaborative approach and ability to stay calm under pressure.Hybrid working
