The Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic and hands-on HR professional to join a dynamic organisation in a truly generalist capacity. The People Partner will collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership Team and management colleagues to deliver effective people solutions, support organisational change, and drive continuous improvement across all areas of the employee experience.
You will act as a trusted advisor and change agent, combining operational expertise with strategic insight to support both day-to-day HR operations and longer-term initiatives that enhance engagement, performance, and organisational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional advice and support to leaders, managers, and employees on a range of people-related matters, including performance, conduct, wellbeing, and engagement.
Lead employee relations cases with integrity and discretion, ensuring fair and consistent processes and outcomes.
Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation and best practice.
Partner with senior stakeholders on business change and transformation projects.
Design and deliver training and workshops to build management capability and strengthen leadership effectiveness.
Support people-focused projects and initiatives that promote inclusion, wellbeing, and a positive workplace culture.
Maintain high standards of compliance, confidentiality, and data protection in all HR practices.
Contribute to HR data analysis and benchmarking to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.About You
Demonstrated experience operating at People Partner or Senior People Advisor level, providing HR generalist support across a range of business areas.
Strong background in employee relations, organisational change, and leadership coaching.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.
Track record of delivering impactful HR initiatives and driving process improvement.
Proactive, adaptable, and commercially aware, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Competent in the use of HR systems and data analytics tools (experience with SuccessFactors advantageous).What’s on Offer
