My client is seeking a Planning Lawyer for a contract position.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing expert legal advice on planning matters
Managing and leading on complex planning applications and appeals
Advising local authorities and stakeholders on town planning law
Preparing and reviewing legal documents, including planning agreements
Representing clients in planning inquiries and hearings
Ensuring compliance with relevant planning legislation and regulations
Drafting and negotiating planning obligations and agreements

Job Requirements:
Extensive experience in town planning law
Strong understanding of planning legislation and regulations

Qualified solicitor or barrister with relevant practising certificate
