Job Description
A successful family owned building company specialising in insurance repairs are seeking a Plasterer to join their team working across the North East due to increase in volume of work through long term clients.
As the Plasterer you will:
Work to a very high standard working within domestic properties from ceiling / patch plaster repairs to full properties.
Complete primarily domestic insurance repair works as per the job card instructions.
Complete works to a high standard efficiently, maintaining health and safety on site, liaising with other trades and customer satisfaction.
Strip out properties in preparation for building works.
Assist other trades to complete works as required.
We are looking for a Plasterer with the following:
Experience of insurance re-instatement would be an advantage.
Demonstrable proven track record in a similar role working in occupied domestic environment.
Insurance related background would be a great advantage.
Experience in all aspects of plastering.
NVQ 2 qualification or qualified by experience.
Full valid driving license due to the nature of the role.
Professional, able to self manage and ensure customer satisfaction.
Able to demonstrate the ability to work as a team and excellent communication skills.
In return you will receive a salary of £32,800 per annum (40 hour week) plus overtime at time and a half, company pension and company van.
