Job Description

Role – PDI Technician/Prep Technician

Location – Chester

Salary – £29,000 OTE £36,000

Richard Abson Group are currently assisting a Prestige Dealership in Chester to find them a Prep Technician or PDI Technician. This opportunity would suit a Level 2 Technician or someone with a Level 3, looking to break into the main dealership environment and develop their career as a Technician, with full training provided.

Roles and Responsibilities include:

  * To carry out servicing and repairs in a safe, economical, efficient and competent manner.

  * To be self-motivated with ability to achieve your targets and work to a consistent professional standard.

  * Always keep work areas clean and tidy and adhere to the dealership’s safety standards.

  * Good Technical Knowledge and relevant experience.

  * Qualified to a minimum of Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance.

The dealership is offering the Successful Prep Technician/PDI Technician a basic salary of £29,000 with an OTE of £36,000 or more. You’ll work Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm and 1in3 Saturday mornings 8:30am-12:30noon. Plus, overtime is available.
