Press Brake Operative
Location: Heanor
Contract: 13-week Temp to Perm
Rate: £18–£20 p/h (PAYE)
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 39 hrs/week
Shift options: 06:00–16:15 or 07:00–17:15
Overtime: x1.33 (Mon–Thu), x1.5 (Fri & Sat), x2 (Sun)
Start: Immediate
We are recruiting an experienced Press Brake Operative to run an Amada HFE 130T 3m 8-axis press brake. Experience with fibre laser cutting (Boxford BFL(Apply online only)W) is highly desirable.
Key taskS
Set, program, and operate the Amada HFE 130T press brake.
Read and work from engineering drawings; perform tooling setup and quality checks.
(Desirable) Operate the Boxford BFL(Apply online only)W fibre laser.
Maintain safe, tidy workshop practices.
You’ll need
Proven press-brake experience (Amada preferred).
Ability to work to tight tolerances and read technical drawings.
Laser cutting experience is an advantage.
Benefits
