Vehicle Technician - Prestige Main Dealer

Southend-on-Sea

£28,000 – £45,000 Basic (DOE) + £6,000 – £12,000 Bonus

Permanent | Full Time | Part-Time Options Available

An excellent opportunity has become available for experienced Vehicle Technicians to join a prestige main dealership in Southend-on-Sea. Due to continued growth and extremely high workshop demand, the site has capacity for multiple technicians and can offer flexible working patterns for the right individuals.

This is a well-equipped, busy workshop environment offering strong earning potential, consistent work, and genuine flexibility around hours and shifts.

Working Hours & Shift Options

Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
	
Saturday rota: 1 in 3 Saturdays (9:00am – 2:00pm)
	
Alternative shift pattern available: 4 on / 4 off, 7:00am – 7:00pm
	
Part-time weekend technicians also considered to support high weekend workload

Flexibility is available on both salary and working hours for the right candidate.

The Role

Carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to manufacturer standards
	
Completing work efficiently while maintaining high quality and attention to detail
	
Communicating effectively with Service Advisors and Workshop Control
	
Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer procedures and warranty requirements
	
Contributing positively to a professional, high-performing workshop team

Your Background & Skills

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a dealership or high-quality workshop
	
Level 3 qualification preferred (strong experience considered)
	
Diagnostic capability desirable
	
Strong work ethic with pride in quality workmanship
	
Full UK Driving Licence required
