Primary School Teaching Assistant - Mansfield 🌟
Pay: £95 - £105 per day (depending on experience)
Location: Mansfield & surrounding areas
Contract: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible

Aspire People are recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Teaching Assistants to join our team and support some of our Ofsted "Outstanding" primary schools across Mansfield and the surrounding areas.

🌈 The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative lessons

Provide one-to-one or small group support to help pupils reach their potential

Encourage positive behaviour and help create a nurturing classroom environment

Assist with classroom preparation, organisation, and day-to-day support

💡 About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Passionate about supporting children's learning and wellbeing

Reliable, adaptable, and confident working with primary-aged pupils

Experienced in a classroom or childcare setting (preferred but not essential)

Qualified with a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) - desirable but not required
