People Dynamix Education is recruiting Teaching Assistants to support pupils within welcoming mainstream primary schools across Southport. We are looking for passionate, adaptable, and enthusiastic individuals who can support children across a range of abilities and year groups.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking either casual flexible work or those interested in long-term temp-to-perm opportunities within supportive school environments.

The Role

Support pupils on a 1:1 basis, in small groups, or within the classroom
Assist children with learning, engagement, and classroom activities
Work closely with teachers and school staff to support pupil progress
Help create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment

Requirements

Experience working with children or young people (school, care, or support settings)
A patient, positive, and adaptable approach
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
A reliable and professional attitude
