Lead Principal Civil & Structural Engineer (Nuclear) - Manchester (Hybrid)
Location: Manchester (hybrid - 3 days/week in office)

We're recruiting a Lead Principal Civil & Structural Engineer to join a multi-disciplinary team delivering a major nuclear new facility programme in the North West.
Key responsibilities:
Lead C&S discipline delivery (external works, geotechnical and structures)
Produce/assure design outputs: analysis, calculations, reports, specifications
Lead technical work packages and support planning, reporting, risk/issue management
Coordinate with BIM, other disciplines, construction teams and stakeholders
Attend site visits, design reviews and client meetings as required
Drive value engineering and provide technical guidance to the teamEssential:
Significant nuclear experience (new build preferred)
Proven leadership of Civil & Structural design teams
Strong knowledge of UK standards/legislation and HSE requirements
Confident, client-facing communicatorDesirable:
Seismic / external hazards experience in nuclear
