Private Client Solicitor – Cambridge
Location: Cambridge (flexible across Bedford / Milton Keynes)
Salary: Competitive + benefits
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours)
Are you a skilled Private Client Solicitor ready for a new challenge? This role offers high-quality work, professional development, and the chance to grow your career in trusts, Wills, probate, and estate planning.
You will handle a varied caseload, providing bespoke estate planning advice to HNW clients and supporting colleagues on complex matters. This role is ideal for a solicitor with 5+ years PQE, STEP or SFE membership (or willing to work towards it), and strong trusts/tax knowledge.

Role Responsibilities

Draft complex Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and trust documentation.

Handle administration of taxable and non-taxable estates.
*
Advise trustees and executors on compliance, reporting, and taxation.
*
Provide guidance to colleagues on trusts, taxation, and estate planning.
*
Support business succession planning for clients.
*
Attend networking events to strengthen professional connections.
Requirements
*
Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in Private Client law.
*
Experience preparing self-assessment tax returns.
*
STEP/SFE membership desirable or willingness to obtain.
*
Excellent organisation, communication, and client care skills.
*
