CORE Talent Solutions is delighted to be partnering with our client, a leading Investments & Pensions business, hiring a Products SME to join their Legacy Product Team within the Actuarial department.
Key responsibilities of the Products SME:

Act as a subject matter expert, supporting a range of business projects and BAU activities.
*
Work independently to investigate queries related to legacy products and act as the lead point of contact for business stakeholders.
*
Document, challenge, and improve existing processes using wider knowledge of best practices.
*
Provide technical support by assisting with deliverables, analysis, and process updates.
*
Support regulatory change and strategic initiatives through documentation, analysis, and operational insight.
*
Collaborate closely with functions including Customer Services, Finance, Commercial, and Risk & Compliance.
*
Prepare papers and reports for internal committees and governance forums, and present findings when required.
Key skills or background required for the Products SME:
*
Significant experience working within a life insurance company.
*
Strong knowledge of a broad range of life insurance products.
*
Relevant experience such as valuation, project work, or change management.
*
Ability to work independently and find solutions to complex issues.
*
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
*
Experience working with with-profits products is desirable.
*
Experience supporting or delivering project work is also desirable.
