Kit Production Operative, Elstree WD6

Temporary : 2 Months, 12.75ph 

We are looking for a reliable and detail oriented Kit Production Operative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast paced production or manufacturing environment and takes pride in delivering high quality products.

As a Kit Production Operative, you will be responsible for assembling, packing, and preparing self testing medical equipment kits to a high standard, ensuring all products are completed accurately and efficiently in line with company procedures and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble and pack self-testing medical equipment kits
Follow detailed instructions and strict quality control procedures
Ensure all kit components are correctly packed and labelled
Carry out quality checks to maintain required production standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Operate within health & safety guidelines and wear PPE as required
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines
Report any faults, shortages, or discrepancies to supervisors promptly
Support general warehouse and production duties when required
Skills & Requirements

Educated to A-Level standard or degree level
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures accurately
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, cleanroom, or production environments is advantageous but not essential
Comfortable carrying out repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
Good manual dexterity for handling small components and materials
Ability to lift and move materials when required
