Job Opportunity: Production Factory Workers
Location: Penrith, Cumbria
Pay Rate:
* Aged 18+: - 12.41 per hour
* Under 18s: - 10.53 per hour
Shifts Available:
* 07:30 & 15:00 (includes paid breaks)
* 06:00 - 14:30 (includes paid breaks)
Start Date: ASAP
What You'll Be Doing:
* Operating Machinery: Run and monitor equipment used in baking and production
* Quality Control: Ensure all products meet high-quality standards
* Packaging: Safely package and label finished goods ready for distribution
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to hit production targets
* Maintaining Safety: Keep your workspace clean and follow all health & safety procedures
What We're Looking For:
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
* Physically fit, able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
* Great attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
* A real team player with a positive attitude
