Project Administrator
Contract: 3-Month Initial Contract (potential for extension)
Location: Leeds (onsite), LS10
Salary: £30,000 (pro-rated for contract)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week — Flexible working available between 6:00am and 6:00pm, with core hours of 9:00am–3:00pm
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised Project Administrator to support a busy project management team within a leading technology-focused organisation. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth delivery of ongoing projects by providing administrative, operational, and data-related support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers and the wider project team
Perform accurate data entry and maintain project records and documentation
Assist with preparing, updating, and printing project schedules and reports
Coordinate project-related communications, meetings, and follow-up actions
Support the tracking of project tasks, deadlines, and milestones
Manage document control and ensure all files are kept up to date
Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties to help ensure successful project delivery
Required Skills & Experience
Experience using NetSuite (essential)
Previous experience in a Project Support, Project Administration, or PMO-related role
Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time-management skills
Confident working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting
Strong communication skills and ability to support multiple stakeholders
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
