Project Coordinator
Salary: Up to £36,000

Location: Babraham - On site, 5 days per week
A brand-new opportunity has been created for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join an innovative scientific team working within a live laboratory environment. The role supports a cohort-based scientific programme, providing hands-on coordination and administration for researchers and fellows working on cutting-edge neuroscience and neurotechnology projects.
Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day programme and project administration for a scientific cohort
Onboarding and offboarding of fellows and programme participants
Coordinating workshops, meetings, lab sessions and events
Scheduling, diary management and logistics support
Document and data tracking including CV processing, reporting and compliance
Liaising with researchers, founders, partners and internal stakeholders
Helping to maintain strong operational processes across the lab environmentWhat We’re Looking For
Scientific background – ideally neuroscience, neurotech, biomedical or similar
Experience in a laboratory or research-led organisation
Strong administrative / project coordination skills
Able to understand and work with scientific terminology
