Project Coordinator, Glasgow, £30,000, Permanent

Responsibilities
* Maintain and update project trackers, staff scheduling and resource allocation.
* Support the Project Manager with the delivery of key client accounts.
* Coordinate design works and quotations to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
* Ensure health & safety policies are effectively implemented across all projects.
* Manage the hire, control and compliance of plant and equipment.
* Coordinate logistics for plant, labour and materials.
* Prepare and deliver accurate project handover documentation.
* Arrange and manage client survey requirements.
* Liaise with subcontractors and ensure appropriate authorisation is in place.
* Book operator outages, permits and any third-party requirements.
* Attend site meetings and visit customer premises as required.
Requirements
* Understanding of construction health & safety legislation.
* Previous project coordination experience preferred, though not essential as full training is provided.
* Ability to manage complex projects from instruction through to completion.
* Strong IT skills, including full proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Excellent communication, organisational and time-management abilities.
* Ability to prioritise workload and work independently under pressure.
* Strong numerical and problem-solving skillsBefore You Apply
