Job Description
Project Engineering Manager required for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer based in Poland.
Lead the OSP engineering team and manage all design and technical activities across disciplines (electrical, structural, mechanical, HVAC, SCADA, protection & control).
Lead the design review and approval process for high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) systems, including primary and secondary equipment.
Interface with design teams on systems such as transformers, switchgear, protection and control, SCADA, auxiliary power, and earthing.
Ensure all engineering deliverables meet project specifications, certification, and regulatory requirements.
Manage design contractors, consultants, and verification bodies
Oversee detailed design for primary systems (transformers, switchgear, busbars, earthing, and cable systems) and secondary systems (protection, control, communications, SCADA, and auxiliary power).
Lead design reviews, HAZID/HAZOP workshops, and risk assessments.
Act as the main point of contact for all OSP engineering matters within the projectBefore You Apply
