We’re representing an established fire protection company with nearly a decade of industry experience. Renowned for their expertise in gas suppression systems and premium fire alarm solutions, they work with a high-end portfolio of commercial clients, including major data centre operations.
This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who excels in managing complex, multi-phase projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, fast-paced position requiring strong coordination, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day project leadership, resource allocation, site supervision, and ensuring that client expectations are met in full—on time and on budget.
You'll be involved in the design, execution, and delivery of advanced fire detection and suppression systems, including:

Fire alarms, Gas suppression (e.g., inert and chemical agents), Watermist and fixed installation systems, Aspirating detection
Core Responsibilities

Project Delivery: End-to-end ownership of fire safety projects, from mobilisation through to handover

Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining clear communication and service excellence
*
Site Coordination: Oversee installation teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth on-site operations
*
Compliance & Standards: Ensure all systems conform to current British fire and electrical safety codes, including BS 5306, BS 8433, BS EN 15004, BS 6266, BS 5839, and BS 7671
*
Resource Planning: Ensure tools, equipment, and technical materials are available and fit for purpose
*
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of installation, commissioning, and documentation
*
Issue Management: Anticipate challenges and implement timely solutions
*
Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, timelines, and financial performance
*
Reporting: Provide technical updates, documentation, and project status to stakeholders
