In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of HVAC project sites, coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth delivery across all stages from design and planning to installation and handover, while maintaining technical accuracy, safety, and compliance, working 40 hours per week across sites in Ireland and Northern Ireland.
This role would suit an experienced Project Manager or Engineer with an HVAC or refrigeration background seeking an autonomous role within a growing specialist provider, managing projects from design to handover across industrial, pharmaceutical, and food sectors, while benefiting from specialist industrial refrigeration design training and performance bonuses.
The Role:
Manage day-to-day HVAC and refrigeration project sites from design to handover.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to meet specifications and timelines.
Conduct site surveys and measure plant for drawings and reports.
Develop and update 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and ACC (training provided), gaining specialist refrigeration design skills.
Maintain safety, compliance, and technical accuracy throughout projects.The Person:
