Working Hours: Monday-Friday, site-based with on-site office

We are seeking an experienced Site-Based Project Manager to oversee high-value projects within the leisure and hospitality sector. This is a permanent position based in Soho, London, managing projects up to £15M in value. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional, high-end developments while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on site.

 Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage site-based projects from inception to completion, up to £15M.

Oversee daily site operations, ensuring smooth coordination between contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.

Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.

Provide leadership and guidance to site teams, ensuring high performance and accountability.

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience as a Site-Based Project Manager.

Must be based in or local to Soho, London.

Track record of successfully managing projects up to £15M.

Experience delivering high-end projects within the leisure, retail, or commercial sectors.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
