Siamo Recruitment have partnered with a small property lettings firm in Malmesbury who are seeking an enthusiastic part time property administrator to join their team on a 12-month contract. As a property administrator you will handle a portfolio of clients, providing excellent customer and client service and be part of building a foundation for the future. Hours: Monday – Thursday (1 in 4 Saturdays 10:00am - 12:00pm) Monday & Thursday: 09:00 – 17:30pm Tuesday & Wednesday: 09:00 – 15:00pm Pay: £14.50 p/h   Benefits to joining our client: Competitive Salary Flexible hours Joining a small established team. Training courses Close by parking  This role will have the following responsibilities: Manage day-to-day lettings administration, handling all landlord and tenant correspondence. Using CRM systems to store data. Attending viewings with tenants and Landlords. Maintain accurate property records and databases in line with GDPR. Prepare and process tenancy agreements, renewals, notices, and related documentation. Arrange and confirm viewings, carry out tenant referencing, and coordinate check-ins/check-outs. Ensure all compliance documents (EPCs, gas safety, EICRs, etc.) are valid and up to date. Register deposits, manage rent payments, chase arrears, and process landlord and contractor invoices. Support property marketing by updating listings, creating brochures, and assisting with online advertising. Handle maintenance requests, property inspections, and liaise with contractors. Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, resolving queries promptly and professionally. Ensure full compliance with lettings legislation, tenancy law, and anti-money laundering regulations.  The ideal candidate will have the skillset below: Have experience within the property industry is advantageous. Has been in a customer facing role. Be proficient in IT, Microsoft Office etc is essential. Be an organised individual and have attention to detail. Value teamwork and a positive mindset toward completing tasks that might be beyond the scope of the role. Be a confident communicator with great time management skills.
