An opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Property Manager to join a well-established estate agency. This role offers a salary range of £26,000 - £30,000, hybrid working options and benefits.
As a Lettings Property Manager, you will be coordinating with approved contractors to arrange inspections, quotes, or repairs.
You will be responsible for:
Handling maintenance enquiries from tenants via phone and email.
Keeping landlords informed with timely updates on ongoing issues.
Logging detailed records of communications and actions on the internal system.
Maintaining close communication with local lettings branches and internal teams.
What we are looking for:
Previously worked as a Lettings Property Manager, Property Manager, Lettings Manager, Portfolio Manager, Block Manager, Tenancy Manager, Maintenance Coordinator, Senior Lettings Negotiator or in a similar role.
Experience in residential lettings or property management.
Skilled in using MS Office and general IT systems.
A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Shifts:
Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Occasional Saturdays
