A leading charitable Housing Association who encourages personal development, offer great benefits and are a compassionate employer require a Property Services and Contracts Officer in Redhill, Surrey to support contract management, procurement, and performance of contracts within the Property & Estates Services team.
Duties for the role of Property Services Contracts Officer in Redhill, Surrey include:
• Support delivery of high-quality estate services across Voids and Repairs contracts.
• Ensure compliance and timely delivery by monitoring contractors’ adherence to health and safety legislation and ensuring that all works are scheduled, coordinated, and completed within agreed timescales and budgets.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand service needs, contribute to the development of tailored estate services, and ensure ongoing improvement of service provision.
• Administer contract processes effectively, including issuing work orders and variations, monitoring contractor performance, and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and value.
• Resolve service issues and complaints promptly and in line with complaints procedures, capturing lessons learned and applying them to continuous improvement planning.
• Maintain accurate service data by updating computerised management system with site inspection results, contractor performance records, and contract documentation.
• Contribute to the successful delivery of one-off or ad hoc projects, providing operational support and service insight as required.
• Foster community relationships by engaging with residents to understand concerns, support problem-solving around local environmental issues, and attend resident group meetings to provide updates and gather feedback.
