Job Description

Location: Based at London Bridge Office with regular visits to sites.

Responsibilities:

  * Develop and implement robust management systems in-line with ISO standards.

  * Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.

  * Collaborate with project teams to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions.

  * Provide training and guidance to enhance quality awareness and compliance across the organisation.

  * Manage documentation and coordinate with regulatory agencies to obtain necessary memberships, accreditations, and certifications.

  * Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and performance metrics.

  * Ensure documentation is completed in line with IMS Management system.

  * Management of the supply chain pre-qualification process.

Experience & Qualifications:

  * Proven experience in compliance management within the construction industry.

  * Proven experience in using EDMS systems.

  * Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

  * Knowledge of relevant certifications, such as BREEAM, WELL, NABERS.

  * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  * Proficiency in software tools for document management and data analysis.

Salary: Dependent on experience.
