Quality Engineer | Ferndown| £35,000

As a Quality Engineer, you’ll enjoy a high level of autonomy to shape and influence quality processes and standards. You’ll gain exposure to innovative engineering projects while working within a close-knit, fast-paced, and expanding business.
This role also offers 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays.
As a Quality Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the implementation of robust quality checks across production
Conducting root cause analysis and driving corrective actions
Collaborating with design and manufacturing teams to ensure quality standards
Monitoring and reporting on quality performance metrics
Assisting with supplier quality assurance and inspection processes
As a Quality Engineer, your experience will include:
Previous experience in a quality-focused role within engineering or manufacturing
Strong understanding of quality methodologies and compliance standards
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to communicate effectively across teams
A proactive and structured approach to managing multiple tasks
