Quality Manager
 Northamptonshire 
 £45,000

We're after a hands-on, detailed leader to take ownership of quality in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This business is growing quickly, and Quality sits right at the heart of that growth. The role gives you the opportunity to work with the biggest names in food service and also independent customers.

Quality Assurance here isn't just ticking boxes, it's about setting the bar high and keeping it there. You'll be the one making sure every product that leaves the site is something to be proud of.

What you'll be doing:

Lead and maintain BRC Food Safety certification
Drive and contribute to the HACCP team
Oversee quality checks from raw materials to finished products
Investigate and manage non-conforming materials
Train and develop the team on quality standards
Approve and roll out QAS/RAGS for new products and changes
Lead corrective actions for any off-spec issues
Take the technical lead during audits and customer meetings
Constantly review and improve quality systems and food safety processesWhat you'll bring:
